Amit Arkad is involved as Project Management Lead in the Corona Virus related projects at GSK. He is a senior certified project manager managing global business critical projects in a strong matrix environment. Specific Skills include: PMP, PRINCE2, Overall Project Management of projects over 30m£, Program Management, Strategy Development/ Implementation, Negotiations, Performance improvement & Business planning.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation the PM CoP Benelux has changed the upcoming event into a virtual panel discussion on the 26th of November, 16h00 - 17h00.
Experienced professionals will give real-life examples and discuss their experiences and lessons learned regarding cost management in pharmaceutical projects. Learn from these professionals about current industry practices related to cost management and how to maintain projects within budget.
Panel members are Boudewijn Smolders (DACE, Dutch Association of Cost Engineers), Dries Vandevyvere (EMS, lecturer cost management) & Ief Leroy (VILS, polyvalent manager).
Registration required. Event is open for ISPE Members (free of charge) and Non-ISPE Members (10 €).
The GoToMeeting link to participate in the panel discussion will be sent to all registrants 1 day before discussion starts. Questions for the panel discussion can be either sent prior to the meeting or via the chat during the meeting.
