In response to Covid-19, the global drug development community has moved faster and further than ever before. The need for accelerated project delivery in pharmaceutical drug development and manufacturing has become a common practice. Experienced Project Management professionals will provide real life examples of the impact of accelerated project delivery on project management and how these examples can be used to improve project execution and delivery timelines. 

Panel members will include among others James Shovlin and Hans Weverling (J&J), Paul Jansen (MSD), Patrick De Graeve (Univercells) and Imme van der Taelen (Promangine).

In our Lunch & Learn on June 20 th from 12 - 1pm we will hear from our speakers Enver Dacic (Sr. Director of Design Ops CRB) and Annelien Degadt (Associate Director Organization Development Bristol Myers Squibb) over lunch about the challenges of different cultures in project management. It will be an interactive talk on the difficulties of communication, how to deal with these challenges and what Enver & Annelien have already experienced.

This event is a collaboration between the ISPE CoP Project Management DACH & ISPE CoP Project Management Benelux.

EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES & EMERGING LEADERS - GROWING YOUR CAREER IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT (EMERGING LEADERS FULL DAY REGISTRATION)

This webpage is to register for the full day event for emerging leaders which includes both the morning and afternoon sessions and a lunch.

Join the Project Management CoP the 7th of November in Leiden (NL) for their yearly event!

A seminar for project management professionals in the pharmaceutical and biotech sector. Topic of the day is Emerging Technologies: Experts will share their knowledge with technologies such as AI, neural network modelling and continuous manufacturing and how to apply them in project management. There will be time to answer your questions from these industry leaders. Finally, the day will close with a networking event where you will have the opportunity to connect with other project management practitioners. More information on the speakers will follow soon.

Specifically for the emerging leaders, an extra session is included in the morning where speakers will provide insights on how to grow your career within Project Management in the Pharma and Biotech industry. The target audience for this morning session are Emerging Leaders & Young Professionals (less than ± 5 years of relevant experience in project management). This session is organized in collaboration with the ISPE Emerging Leaders, however, Young professionals who are not (yet) part of ISPE and want to grow their career are more than welcome to participate.
