PMCafé -COVID-19 Challenges to Capital Construction Projects
Join us for an interactive PMCafé in which we will have a discussion with Des Hedley and Oliver Bevan (Project Director and Controls Lead at AstraZeneca) about the challenges and learnings from working in a construction environment amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The webinar will focus on the presenters experiences of pre-suspension, site suspension and restart periods and new ways of working in practice.

With over 30 years in construction mainly within the High Tech sectors such as Semi conductor, Battery facilities as well as Pharmaceutical, Des was the clients representative within the Projects COVID-19 task force

Project Controls lead,AstraZeneca
Oliver is a chartered surveyor with 12 years’ experience between quantity surveying and project controls. He has experience of projects and programs in the UK and overseas, primarily in the pharmaceutical sector with AstraZeneca.
