Stijn Muller is a project planning professional with 23 years of experience in planning & tracking of pharmaceutical and biotechnical projects and platform processes. He provides team members with tools to let them organize and structure their projects/programs with associated timelines and assign ownership to their activities/tasks. Stijn helps his clients to make their planning more meaningful and effective. His specialties are setting-up network schedules, managing the update process and creating personalized reports which help the client to understand the schedules. 

Synopsis

The presentation will start with Goldratt’s theory on project management mixed with examples of commonly used mistakes. Also good planning practice of network schedules will be presented. The main focus will be on reporting. Not only within MSProject but also reports which have been developed over the years on request of clients such as swimlane-overviews and WBS-organized overviews. There will be enough time to discuss what you’re missing in your planning structure.
