Christopher Dohm

Managing Director at Dohm Pharmaceutical Engineering

Christopher Dohm is the founder and Managing Director of Dohm Pharmaceutical Engineering (DPhE), an engineering and consulting company serving the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences industries. He studied in Berlin/Germany Building Technologie and Chemical Engineering. He founded the company in 1993 and has more than 30 years of experience supporting pharmaceutical and life science projects mostly in the DACH-region plus the US, China, France, Greece, and South Korea. Under his leadership, DPhE has developed into an interdisciplinary engineering company providing services in engineering, consulting, qualification and validation, and technical testing for regulated environments. His personal experience are projects in process media and clean utilities, parenteral facilities in combination with HAPI, and biotech facilities.

Marloes Dijkhuizen

Managing Consultant at Progress

Marloes Dijkhuizen is a Managing Consultant at Progress with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. She is an accomplished CMC and manufacturing leader who has successfully led numerous development and commercialization projects across the product lifecycle, from early-stage development through commercial manufacturing. Throughout her career, Marloes has held a variety of international leadership roles spanning clinical and commercial manufacturing, CMC technology transfer, CDMO management, project management, and operational leadership. She brings deep expertise in large molecule drug substance development and manufacturing, process validation, strategic partnerships, and organizational transformation. As a consultant, Marloes supports biopharmaceutical companies in navigating complex manufacturing and supply challenges, driving operational excellence, and enabling successful product development and commercialization. She holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences.

Grégor Nicolas

Implementation Manager at ShowTex NV

Grégor Nicolas partners with executive teams to close the gap between strategic intent and realized value. With over 15 years of experience in project and transformation delivery, his work centres on two pillars: portfolio optimization, helping leaders select the right initiatives and allocate resources and capital with clarity, and Organizational Project Capability (OPC), turning existing teams into reliable, high-performing project leaders and reducing dependence on external contractors. As Business Transformation Leader at ShowTex Group, he leads a multi-country implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across Belgium, Poland, the Middle East and North America. In that role he connects business processes, data and technology, and manages the relationship with external development partners. Through his own brand, G Group Solutions, he advises organizations on ERP and digital transformation, and he serves as Vice President at PMI Belgium. Trilingual (Dutch, French, English) and shaped by life in Belgium, US, China, and Haiti, Grégor brings a practical, cross-cultural view of transformation. His aim is lasting, systemic change that raises the project quality bar across organizations and industries.

Martyn Smith

Global Head of CSV/DI at Centrient Pharmaceuticals

Martyn Smith is Global Head of CSV/DI focusing on GMP-AI/GMP-Digitalisation and has more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality, computerised systems and validation. Throughout his career, Martyn has held senior QA, CSV and data integrity roles at companies including Centrient Pharmaceuticals, Janssen, GSK, Pfizer and Eli Lilly. His experience spans computer system validation, data integrity, digitalisation and the implementation and oversight of GxP computerised systems in regulated pharmaceutical environments. In his presentation, “Roadmap to GMP Digitalisation,” Martyn will explore the journey towards digitalisation in a GMP-regulated environment, drawing on his extensive experience in pharmaceutical quality and computerised systems. He will discuss how organisations can approach GMP digitalisation while maintaining regulatory compliance and managing the challenges associated with introducing new digital technologies.
