Speakers

Dr. Philipp Rohne earned his PhD from the Institute for Biochemistry and Pharmacy in Mainz, Germany and has a solid background in research and industry. Before his current position, he worked as an Innovation Manager at MMD GmbH & Co. KG and as Head QA Specialist at Abbott in Wiesbaden. His expertise in pharmaceutical engineering, quality assurance, and innovation enables him to provide valuable perspectives on Good Requirements Practice and its use in real-world projects.

Dr. Ana Janićijević is a Program Leader with over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. PhD-trained biochemist with Executive MBA, expert in strategic oversight, program governance, risk management, and cross-functional integration across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory functions. She has led complex programs spanning CMC and analytics, supporting products from late-stage development through registration and commercialization. Ana has held leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, Eurofins and Apotex, and currently advises organizations through her consulting work at ANOVY. She is recognized for driving execution in high-stakes environments, aligning global stakeholders, and translating strategy into tangible outcomes. Her work focuses on enabling efficient, patient-centric delivery of innovative therapies.
