Marcel Boere
Senior Manager Validation
Marcel Boere is a Senior Validation at Delpharm Meppel B.V. with more than 20 year of experience in Quality Assurance at global Medical Device and Pharmaceutical manufacturing plants. He is contributor to the ISPE Validation 4.0 Good Practice Guide and recurring speaker for the ISPE European events and Pharmatech GMP training programs. Marcel is known to challenge the “status quo”, implementing innovative QA concepts within the framework of international regulations for EU, US and Japan. Most notable projects are eValidation, Data Integrity, System Development Life Cycle management, Change Control, Risk Management, and Cross Contamination Control. He has successfully implemented these concepts, meeting the highest regulatory requirements while maintaining the efficiency and agility that a modern pharmaceutical manufacturing plant needs.
