Achim Schuster
Associate Director
Achim Schuster is an Associate Director – Validation Excellence at FrontWell Solutions, where he supports global pharmaceutical, biotech, and life science companies in the digitalization and validation of regulated manufacturing and laboratory environments. With more than 15 years of experience across pharma IT, computerized system validation, and manufacturing digitalization, Achim specializes in modern validation approaches, including Validation 4.0, MES, LIMS, and integrated Level 3–ERP architectures. Prior to joining FrontWell Solutions, Achim held senior validation and quality roles at Fresenius, Sanofi, and as an independent consultant, leading global projects in GxP-regulated environments and supporting regulatory inspections. He combines deep technical expertise with strong project leadership and coaching experience, helping organizations translate digital innovation into compliant, scalable solutions. Achim is a contributor to the ISPE Validation 4.0 Good Practice Guide and is actively engaged in advancing pragmatic, data-driven validation strategies aligned with Pharma 4.0 principles.
