Wolfgang Winter
Software R&D Director at Agilent
Wolfgang Winter is a seasoned leader in software, services, and product development with a strong track record in building productive teams, launching new initiatives, and scaling programs globally. He has extensive international and cross-cultural experience, including remote team management and OEM manufacturing in China, Indonesia, and India. In his current role at Agilent, Wolfgang leads the OpenLab Informatics Frameworks Program and Software R&D organization, focusing on client and web frameworks, data management infrastructure, and multivendor instrument integration to drive standardization, reuse, and adoption. As an active member of the ISPE Pharma 4.0™ community, he serves on the CoP Steering Committee and is Co-Chair of the Plug & Produce workgroup, where he contributes to advancing digital transformation and smart, connected lab solutions across the pharmaceutical industry.
